More biomech madness

More work on the Engineer Suit. Spent a lot of time refining as best I could. So at this point it's been retopologized with Modo.

Then starting to add some color. This was all done in ZBrush. Started with the base colors, and used different kinds of masking (like cavity masking) to add the darker to lighter colors to the respective sunken or raised bits.

Long time, no post

It's been awhile, time for some updates. First some character work from last year (2013). Here's something I gave a try after finding the character on Carlos Huante's website:

Then rigged it in Houdini. Have to say I love rigging in Houdini. Much prefer it overall to Project Messiah.
